Overview
Title: Program Therapist Program: CARE stands for Cultivating Awareness and Resilience with Experience/Eating/Emotions. CARE Intensive Outpatient is a stand-alone IOP treating people living with Binge Eating Disorder. Vision: Our vision is a world of peaceful relationships with food, weight, and body image, where everyone with an eating disorder can experience recovery. Mission: Our mission is to provide exceptional, individualized care leading to recovery from eating disorders. Position Summary: The Program Therapist provides coordination and facilitation of intensive programming. The program coordinator collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family. Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plan * Conduct group therapy sessions within assigned intensive program * Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care * Facilitate weekly case management meeting * May participate in therapeutic meals * May participate in peer review of documentation Qualifications: * Graduate degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field * Current independent license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) * Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Monday to Friday

- Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHC) in Ohio (OH)
