Weekend Therapist at Columbus outpatient location Every Sat/Sun from 8a-4p, Ind. License required Position Summary: *** $3,000 Sign On Bonus *** The Weekend Programming Therapist provides group psychotherapy in weekend programming. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family. Duties and Responsibilities: * Facilitates meals and group therapy sessions in weekend programming * Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care * Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with our policies and regulatory standards * Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice * Maintain at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information, which includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, sensitive company information, and generally any company information not made available to the public. * Maintain at all times the confidentiality of former and current clients’ protected health information, as directed by state and federal law, and company policy. Additionally, maintain confidentiality in any position with access to employee personal information. * Attends all required meetings per the Outpatient Meeting Structure document in the Clinical Operating Manual * Complete all assigned mandatory trainings * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) * One year of clinical experience preferred Competencies: * Exhibits passion for our clients, values, and organization * Demonstrates excellent clinical customer service using therapeutic communication skills to build strong client relationships and improve outcomes * Participates in providing clinically competent care by self/staff/team through education, role modeling, teambuilding, clinical documentation and quality monitoring * Uses leadership, team building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to build partnerships within and across system * Engages in self-evaluation process, seeking feedback regarding own practice, from clients, peers, professional colleagues and others Workplace Requirements: * Sitting 70-75% and Standing 25-30%. * Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping or crouching when appropriate, on occasion. * Lift, carry, push or pull up to approx. 40 pounds (supplies, etc.) Qualifications Education: Preferred Masters or better. Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) in Ohio (OH)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Ohio (OH)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Ohio (OH)
    • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHC) in Ohio (OH)
  • Are you available to work the weekend shift from 8 AM EST until 4 PM EST?
