Overview
Our client in the fossil services and solutions industry handles mission-critical management of coal ash across the coal-fired power generation industry nation wide. They are seeking a Sr. Recruiter with 5+ Years' Experience in the Civil Engineering field. You will be managing the entirety of the internal recruiting process and personally focusing on Senior Level positions throughout the organization. Tops Skills Required: 1. 5+ Years Recruiting Experience of various Civil Engineer Skill Sets 2. Vendor Management Experience (Background, Drug, Job Board, ATS, etc) 3. Experience with Reporting in Excel and ATS (iCIMS) Day to Day This position will report up to the SVP of HR serving as the Recruiting Manager. You will work closely with job boards such as Indeed to assist with lower level hourly positions while you focus on filling the full time roles across the organization. You will also be performing vendor management and reporting on best practices/human capital investment opportunities.
