Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Overview

Our Client is seeking an Bilingual Eligibility Enrollment Specialist for immediate hire. The right candidate is detail oriented, self motivated, and has great phone etiquette. As at least 60% of the callers speak Spanish, the right candidate will be fluent in Spanish. This person will help call-ins/walk-ins/and community outreach specialist connect patients with proper care based on their eligibility criteria. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, open-minded, and a friend to ALL Communities. Our Client Embraces ALL Religious, Cultural, Gender, and Personal Identities, Beliefs, and Practices. Top 3 Skills Needed: 1. Must have a current Producers License in the State of Florida 2. Must be Bilingual Spanish/English (Written, Verbal, Conversational) 3. Must have 2+ years Health Insurance Experience Day to Day You'll be tasked assisting a local Account Executive in phone, email, personal, and fair meetings. As the only licensed Producer in the organization in Florida you'll navigate the legal parameters of eligibility with each potential warm client/patient lead forwarded to you. This will include standard enrollment periods as well as throughout the year. Any experience working through a CRM and Patient Portal Tool is a huge plus.

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• Valid Producer's in Florida (FL)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Medicaid
  • Medicare
  • Open Enrollment
  • Insurance
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Are you conversational level Bilingual in Spanish/English both written and verbal?
