NP or PA in Family Practice

Overview

NP or PA in family practice needed for a Saturday shift every other weekend and possible PTO fill. Schedule (every other weekend): - Saturday: 8:00 am - Noon - As needed if available for PTO fill in Location: CHC 3950 East Irvington Rd. Tucson, AZ 85714 Required skills and experience: - Family Medicine/Practice Experience - 1 provider and 1 MA on staff - Will see patients and occasionally dispense medications Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
