Overview

LPN or RN needed. No weekend, on-call, or holiday hours required. Schedule: - Monday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Tuesday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Wednesday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 minute meal Location: CHC - Hyster Yale 1400 Sullivan Dr. Greenville, NC 27834 Required skills and experience: - Candidate MUST be COVID vaccinated - Front office and Clinical Duties - EPIC experience is a plus, but not required - Primary Care Clinic for employees and dependent spouses of Hyster Yale - Candidate CANNOT be related to anyone working at the plat or admin location - Mainly working at the Admin Health Center, but could be asked to cover if needed at the plant location (5 minutes away) - Plant shutdown occurs twice a year, two weeks in the summer, and two weeks during the Christmas Holiday. Candidates usually save PTO days for those dates. Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
