VP of Technology

Overview

Our client, a national healthcare company, has exclusively selected Relode to find their next Technology Leader to take over the top role in their organization. This person will be leading a team of 30+ individuals in the department. In addition to being responsible to leading and developing the information technology and services function, this individual is be responsible for leading the final key business system and process integration elements as a result of a recent merger. The ideal candidate will drive the mission and values of the organization and be committed to serve clients the whole way through their treatment journeys, across all services and levels of care. Someone from the Behavioral Healthcare Industry is heavily favored for this position. Top Skills Required: 1. Passion for the company mission- Providing effective support for behavior health patients 2. Prior experience with merging companies and integrating IT departments 3. 8+ years of SQL data management and manipulation 4. 5+ years of experience managing/improving technical support environments 5. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft suite(O365/Active Directory) 6. 5+ years experience with and EHR/EMR 7. 5+ years of experience managing data and physical security 8. 3+ years Telephony migration experience(Ring Central) Day to Day: Each day you will be managing an IT department of 40+ remote individuals supporting a decentralized but merging organization across 7 states and 20+ locations. In this role you will plan for and work toward the ideal technical environment using current tech stack. Anyone can buy a solution, they are looking for an individual to look at the current environment and improve it without buying too many products.
