Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Overview

Our client is seeking a Medicare Enrollment Manager to lead a soon to be small but growing team of AHIP certified Enrollment Specialists. This role will work closely with Marketing to help drive new referrals to the platform both under 65 but also those aging into Medicare. This person will put together the growth strategy that will translate into the day to day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, open-minded, and a friend to ALL Communities. Our Client Embraces ALL Religious, Cultural, Gender, and Personal Identities, Beliefs, and Practices. Top 3 Skills Required: 1. AHIP Certified with a Producer License 2. CRM (Any Current CRM) 3. 3+ years of Selling Medicare Advantage, Supplements, Part D, and knowledge of how to direct consumers to enroll in Part B Plans. Day to Day Going through CRM and running reports seeing who is aging in, helping marketing with campaigning, selling Advantage Plans, Part D, and helping consumers take next steps on Part B plan. Once trained, leading this department for Medicare, you will have team support and in next 90 days our enrollment team will be AHIP certified so they can also provide support in driving this initiative. You will be helping lead marketing to drive new business in. The biggest opportunity on this side is to bring in Medicare leads. You will be bonused based on amount of sales brought in. Ideally this candidate will live within driving distance to Chattanooga but can be remote. They will also be traveling 20-25% of the time to conferences.

• Valid AHIP
• Valid Producer
• Medicare (3+ years)
