Education Bachelor's Degree required Experience 5 years progressive management responsibility and 7 years Medical Staff experience required Licenses and Certifications CPCS - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist, Or, CPMSM - Certified Professional Medical Services Management required upon hire Skills Knowledge of industry standards TJC, Medicare, OSHA.
