Top “Must-Have” Skills for This Job: -The RN candidate must come from a Dialysis RN background and must have leadership experience providing care for Dialysis patients. - Possesses and maintains a current TX license as a registered nurse (License must be maintained as current and in good standing) - Maintains current CPR certification - Completion from an accredited Registered Nursing Program - Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment. - 2-3 years of experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure/dialysis RN experience. -At least 2 years of leadership experience What you need to know 1.
