Required skills and experience: 1. 10+ years of product leadership experience at an established, consumer-facing healthcare start-up or high growth healthcare company. 2. Success recruiting and managing talented product managers and designers. 3. Adept at working in an agile environment with talented engineering teams. 4. Organized, results-driven, and a strong communicator. 5. Passion for the company's mission to expand access to evidence-based eating disorder treatment. What you need to know: 1. You will manage the product team with a ‘lead-by-example’ approach and must be willing to roll up your sleeves and face issues head-on. 3. Define KPIs and incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategy. 5. Create the roadmap of features, adaptively planning forward and managing the implementation and execution with our Engineering team.
