Qualifications

- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California (CA)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Working in a Home Health setting
- Working in an Outpatient setting
- Experience managing complex, chronically ill, and palliative care patients
- Do you have a valid Driver's License and a Reliable Mode of Transportation?
- Are you willing to meet the Travel requirements for this role (Local travel by car to Residential and/or Facility locations)?
- High School/GED
- Are you IV and Blood Certified?
- What is your hourly rate expectation?
